Ads are pulled when you build
Your goals, at the best prices.
Pick what you are trying to do — more iron, quieter pregnancy nausea, extra vitamin C — the stores you already visit, how many plates, and the protein you want on them. EzGrub looks up public circulars when it can, then suggests a table. Meals and nutrition are suggestions. Prices come from the ad we found — they may differ in store.

What are you trying to do?
Select as many as you want. These shape a suggested week — they are not a medical plan.

Where do you shop?
Scan a ZIP to pick grocers near you. We only look up ads for stores you select. A gold sweep means that ad is loading.

The table
Meals is the total. Quick is how many of those are ready-to-eat, microwave, or little prep — not extra plates. The left number fills to show the share.
Quick comes out of the meal count, it is not extra. Two quick of four breakfasts means two cooked and two heat-and-eat — the left number fills halfway to show it.

Protein on the plate
Steak is steak. Beef is ground or roast. Misc is sausage, hot dogs, bacon. Turn off any cut you will not eat.
Edit the cuts
Selected proteins stay on. Tap a cut to drop it — chicken without thighs, fish without shrimp.
